■A greeting from the Representative Director
We are Hirose Valves, located in Hikone City in the Shiga Prefecture of Japan. In the sole valve producing area within Japan, we have been continuing to manufacture valves with care for around 100 years.
With the development of the hydraulic pressure stop valve 50 years ago, our company started supplying valves to meet the varying needs of our customers. From hydraulic valves, to composite valves, and subsequently rotating type pressure boosters, and more,we have been doing our part to advance the development of the world.
Hydraulic valves play a role in many industries such as steelmaking machinery, ships, dam water gates, and beyond, though we don't really notice them.
Although they are things that go largely unnoticed, hydraulic valves are the unsung heroes that form the backbone of the infrastructures and factory equipment that create a flawless product. We hold a high degree of pride and confidence in our company’s process used to create these products.
The valves produced by our company, which are used in the new hydraulic drive system (ADS), and many other types of fluid governance systems, have garnered a wide reputation in the industrial world. Furthermore, with a positive reception at exhibits in foreign exhibitions in Asia and Europe in recent years, we are steadily expanding into the overseas market.
We carry the spirit of “Faithfulness” “Contribution to Society,” “Pioneering Spirit,” and “Diligence” that form the core foundation, toward our centennial year and beyond.
